This Privacy Policy explains how Cantaur LLC, doing business through Gary Gooden, Real Estate Advisor at eXp Realty ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information submitted through our real estate calculator tools, including the Mortgage Calculator, Loan & Debt-to-Income Calculator, Home Value Estimator, and Seller Net Sheet (collectively, the "Tools").
When you submit the lead capture form to unlock the Tools, we collect your name, phone number, and email address. When you use the Home Value Estimator, we may also collect the property address you enter in order to generate comparable sales data.
We use the information you provide to:
Unlock and personalize the calculator Tools for your use; send you a confirmation of your results by email and/or text message; follow up with brief messages checking in on your results or offering to answer questions about your real estate goals; and generate home value estimates using comparable sales data from third-party data providers (such as RentCast).
If you provide a phone number and check the optional SMS consent box on our access form, you may receive messages related to your calculator results and follow-up from your real estate inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP.
Mobile information and text messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information (including your phone number) is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information sharing, including but not limited to text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, are excluded from sharing with third parties. Sharing information with subcontractors solely for the purpose of providing customer service or support (such as SMS delivery through our messaging provider, Twilio) is permitted.
We use third-party service providers to operate the Tools, including Twilio (for SMS delivery), RentCast (for home value data), and standard web hosting and form-processing services. These providers process information solely to help us deliver the Tools and related communications, and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing purposes.
We retain the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide the Tools, and maintain records of consent. You may request that we delete your information at any time by contacting us using the information below.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You may opt out of email communications using the unsubscribe link included in our emails. You may also contact us directly to request that your information be updated or removed.
The Tools are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
